I'm majorly stopped up, bad enough it is causing severe back pain clear up in my shoulders, and I've gained 7lbs in two days...suggestions n advice ppppllleeeaassseee

I didn't have it nearly that bad, but eating mini wheats got me cleaned out. They were yummy so I'd have like 2 bowls a day.

its save to take 2 dose's of milk of mag about 2 to 4 hours apart that helped me. Thats some advice an on call dr told me last time i was having the same problem..

I called ld, it's bad enough they advised me to go ahead n do an enema , o joy!!

I was so constipated my first trimester I was prolapsing badly, my entire cervix was out of my body. Frosted mini wheats for every meal washed down with coffee was the only thing that sorta helped
