@misty2011 I wouldn't call it "exercise". I do little things to keep myself active like park further away from buildings, take stairs instead of elevators, and do household chores more often to keep my body going. I'm also taking in less calories and snacking more through out the day to keep my metabolism going. I'm trying to drink a lot of water to keep my tummy full as well.
Oh okay. I plan on getting on the treadmill and walking/running atleast for 15 minutes a day. So hopefully all that and doing my every day activities help.:)
@maymommy11 No, I just got an email confirmation stating it had shipped out and recieved it about 4 days after the confirmation. I think it comes from California and I'm in Utah, so it might take a little longer if you're further east.
I live in michigan so I think its going to take a little longer. I cant wait to start these I can get my password when my fiance gets home from work to see if Its been shipped.
are there any updates on this? i ordered them but i ordered the green ones...? is there a difference i couldnt tell. if so then maybe i ordered the wrong ones...?
@maymommy Yup I'm taking the green and white ones..... I'm never hungry either so I also force myself to eat..... Hopefully they work lol I'm too busy to have an exercise routine
@misty2011 whoo && @2beforgotten ya I have to force myself to eat! Im high school I would eat dinner and that was it and swim practice monday thru friday and I lost weight. I was never hungry then lol
