It might be gas.
I had some excruciating pain in the top part of my stomach and told my doctor about it and they said it was gas pain.
So, maybe.

Oh.OK. I was thinking gas too. If your lower part of ur stomach has pain, then worry. Call ur doctor.

I was so worried too! I had major pain in my upper stomach and thought I did something wrong. I found out its just gas pain so nothing to worry about. Good luck!
