9-11, fires, drought and other crap on my mind..
So we are stationed at fort hood tx.
We haven't had rain since May. This past week the tempature has finally gone below 100 deg(after being over 100 for like 64 days straight) but its still so hot and dry we keep getting new fires, or the old ones will flare up again.
Not sure if many have heard but a guy was arrested for being a suspected terrorist a cpl weeks ago. He had a shit ton of guns. Its said he was going to start another shooting here on ft hood like we had in 09. I think he had a partner, but just the one soldier was arrested. Anywho kinda worried about tomorrow.
I wish it'd rain already!! Power went out last week and either my dryer or the power strip went out or the outlet itself blew. I already tried the circuit breaker.
I told my hubby to call our landlord, but my hubby can be so damn lazy about shit and 'forgetful.' Though he always seems to know when a game is on or when he has a game scheduled on the xbox! Ugh. He irritates me so much at time.
Speakings of lazy hubby. I wish he would help around the house! But no. He can't. All he can think about is playing his stupid games.
My mom said he is probably using his xbox as a way to take the upcoming deployment off his mind. But he doesn't seem to worried to me b.c. whenever he talks about it he always says how easy peasy it will be, everyone says its going to be like a vaca over there. So what gives. We only have 9 weeks left until I'm due and he is due to deploy.
I wish he would be more attentive to our relationship. I feel like his Dang roommate.

other than that i hope you dont get stressed out with all these things going on it seems like you got alot on your plate but maybe try having a talk with hubby and let him know how u feel and perhaps plan a romantic dinner before baby arrives and before he deploys..... %%-
@mschop guns galore is literally .5 miles from my home! The hotel he was staying at caught fire after the dude was arrested. I didn't read up on it. But many people on fb suspected foul play.
The fires in bastrop has burnt over 127,000 acres in 7 days. Burnt 15-20 house and counting(this was posted 2 nights ago on the news stations fb page)
