One that forms to my body, one that supports my huge bump, one that doesn't make my back hurt anymore! I swear at tax time I'm getting me a new matress.
I bought a new set 3 years ago at sleepys and love it! However we moved 5 months ago and our damn boxspring didn't fit up the stairs to our room so we have been on the mattress on the floor! Not easy 8 months pregnant lol. Hopefully soon we can buy a split boxspring
I've been thru three mattresses this pregnancy! I'm sorry, but I'm sore enough from being pregnant, I don't need an uncomfy mattress to add to the pain!
Ohmy!! Am I in need anew bed! Mine is over 11 yrs old. Box spring is shit to hell!! It sags as does the mattress! Springs are sprung and a few poke out. So since its such shiti need to put old pillows & stuff between the boxspring & mattress to even it out. Ugh! As soon as this carpets installed. Its bed shopping time!!
I've had my matress since I was 17. The bad thing is I can't flip it over since it has only one side. I bought 2 inch pad for it last year but that's getting where it doesn't help. I'm almost towards the end of mine also. Mine side is the most uncomfortable. Idk know what I want . I do know when I go shopping I'm going to lay on the matress for 20 mins or so before I purchase. Make sure I'm not getting robbed. @mszcastillo@lilbit01_209@lucyloo288@bigmamak@ashleyfew
Yea thet say to lay on it for a while. Lay the way you sleep too. To see if its right for you! That's my plan. Mine was my moms but never used it much. I think she got it in 96 or 97.
@one5one that's sucks lol I think matress back from 96 to 97 were more comfy than the one I have. my matress would be fine if it was double sided. I really not sure what kind of matress I want . I do know it has to be double sided.
I found a cheaper solution on the walmart website. I bought a 4 inch thick memory foam mattress topper for $120 and I swear I've never felt more comfy in bed. It supports my belly and cushions pressure points like my hips (I'm a side sleeper) Money def well spent.
@mommyofone I bought the 2in memory foam a year ago. It helped for the first couple of months. Now its horrible. I should've got the 4in one but all I had was 50 bucks at the time.
@stephforever89 yeah I saw the thinner ones but I was like hell no I want as much cushion as possible! Lol I've had it for 2 months now so I'm hoping it stays comfy for a long time. I can't wait to be able to sleep on my back or stomach on it lol
We got ours 2 years ago after we had our son. We got a sealy posturepedic w/box spring cal king for $700 after tax at Costco. Best deal I've seen anywhere. I love our bed! I was nervous it wasn't going to be comfy anymore once my bump grew, but still the most comfy bed I've ever been in. I don't even use pillows to support my body. Costco runs this deal every year round feb. I highly recomend it. I love my bed.
I've never heard of a one sided matress. This bed was comfy before it got mangled over the years! Lol. I'm looking at shopping at a place here called Back to Bed. Good deals. Mattresses as low as $249. I think I'm gonna get one that's $349. If its comfy....searched online at their site.
I want a sleep number bed but my mom just bought me a new mattress when I first got pregnant 8 1/2 months ago.. its firm and I don't really like it anymore I wana soft bed I can sink into lol
I really would like to track down this matress I slept on at comfort inn in GA. It was like sleeping on air lol And it was huge. I had enough room to stretch out without touching my hubby. Yea I can't flip my matress to get use out of the other side . @one5one@blueberrysmom@mommylovessparkles@mrs_shu@brendalou
I can't remember the name of the city we stopped in Which sucks. It was over year ago. I looked online to see if there was any information on what they use. But each comfort inn uses something different.
@one5one make sure when you go to buy your matress it flips lol. I was 17 and just happy I was getting a bed. Lol I was sleeping on futon so at that time anything was better.
Oh ok I get it!! A non flip bed is like a pillow top! I see! Just googled. Ok no pillowtop for us! But what I've been reading is the box spring & foundation thing. I don't know what a foundation is but I'm gonna stick with a boxspring! I go with what I know!
I have a really nice matress set its amazing! But I'll share my secret with yall. By the beginning of my third trimester I was really uncomfortable I couldn't sleep and my back wad killing me one day I decided to sleep on my air mattress and I discovered that its the best thing in the world. So if I were you I would buy a $40 air mattress at Walmart trust me u won't regret it.
So what's the difference between foundation & boxspring? I just wanna know all the info when I shop so I'm prepared & not have to rely on what the salesman's trying to tell me.
