It says on my packet you can take up to 16. I've been taking them for weeks and jst realised it says don't take in first trimester

If tums aren't working for u I highly recomend papaya enzymes. U can get them at health food stores and some pharmacies. They work wonders..

I've actually never tried anything for my heartburn beside milk And bread, but its been so bad lately that I've thrown up Because of it, I. Finally said.I was going to try tums (I have a hard time taking tylenol) so Tonight was the first night of me trying tums and its working!!!!
