what are some ways to self induce labor?
I'm 33 weeks today. As soon as I hit 36 weeks I'm going to try to induce myself. I feel like I'm not going to make it to oct 31st. I tossed and turn all night from being uncomfortable. I don't want to do anything that puts isaiah in danger.

I would get a exercise ball and bounce and sway your hips on it for 15 to 20 minutes a day. It helps baby drop into position. Also if you're able to, squats and lunges help you dilate and baby drop down also. Walking will also help you out during labor.

I've got type2 diabetes & high BP. Ill get induced at 39wks if she's not here sooner.

I've been taking 1 epo capsule orally and inserting 2 vaginally since 35 weeks and yesterday I started bouncing on the ball. I'm 36+3.
