I had only two with my two singleton pregnancys. I think thats the norm. With these Im pretty sure I've had at least 15 ultrasounds, iv kinda,lost count and Im currently having between 1 and 2 minimum now per week.
I had 5 but the last 3 were for growth because he was measuring small. Your insurance usually only pays for 2 unless it's medically necessary for another one. Your ob will know if something is wrong to where you need an ultrasound, no worries
My insurance only pays for one but i had one at 8 weeks to conferm pregnancy one at 12 weeks to make sure baby was still alive and since i want to know gender my dr is sending me to the hospital for one between 18-20 but that will bent last one:/
I have one almost every visit. My doctors pretty cool always comes up with reasons but marks down something so insurance covers lol! Im at risk for preterm labor and ds too
