::UPDATE:: SOOo,.... The ob promised me he would pop my water FIRST thing in the morning Yesterday... did not happen, I got stuck at a 2 almost a 3 70% effaced so he decided it was best to wait... he gave me about 24 hours before he figured I would be at a 4. WELL I went in again last night cuz my contractions were getting painful, I FUCKING WENT FROM ALMOST A 3 TO a TIGHT 2!! AND HIS HEAD UN ENGAGED!!! The nurse said that I am no longer in labor even tho I was. And as of about 20 minutes ago... my contractions are now hardly bareable I am screaming in pain. every 3 minutes still... My contractions haven't slowed down yet... this is just fucking ridiculous. I have been having regular contractions for about 68 hours now :S
I feel like I have to take the most massive shit of my life... I just took one like 45 seconds ago and Im really hoping they stop cuz its an hour and a half drive to the hospital on a bumpy road.... If they don't stop in the next 10 minutes now... Im headed BACK in AGAIN for the third day in a row... If they tell me that I am not in labor when I am in unbearable pain..... I will go on the hugest rampage they have ever seen a pregnant woman go on in their lives. Cuz the past couple days the pain has been minimal and bearable... this... this is just horrific... omg.
Oh man that really freaking sucks babe I can't imagine how frustrated u are! I would go on a rampage anyways by this point. Stupid doctor breaking promises....
@kdaniels I cried for almost 2 hours when they told me they weren't going to do it... it was absolutely terrible! The first thing I thought was "I just need to accept the fact that Im never going to have a baby" LOL omg I had to laugh at myself for that one... Im not going to be pregnant forever even tho I feel like I am. I have 3 weeks and 5 days left. Im mad at my ob but I know he is just doing whats best! So baby will come when he does
Man u never cease to amaze me with that positive attitude chick! Ur awesome. I probably would've gone thru the same.things in my head but if my hubby went theu that with me I honestly think.hed be more disappointed than me lol and although is love to have mine in two weeks I'm content to wait longer bc my mom had to wait two extra weeks with me lol so I'm sure I can handle it
@kdaniels John seemed happy(ish) that the baby gets to cook longer and what not, but we did EVERYTHING we possibly could to get me to dilate!.... I mean seriously, driving on bumpy roads, walking like 3 miles, spicy foods, an entire pineapple, I practically od'd on epo, bounced on a birthing ball, squats.... we even went 4 wheeling! dude, that I can only imagine is one hell of a sight to see! a 9 month pregnant chick on the back of a 4 wheeler on the bumpiest roads at the 4wheely site. The only thing we didn't do basically is have sex... by the time we did everything I was just too tired lol! I gave up and took the sleeping pill and just knocked myself out, woke up this morning loopier than all hell lol. Today Im just taking it easy, I give up on trying to keep labor going, Im just going to let it happen, I have a dr apt on thursday and I will find out more then. He said, if I was 37 weeks, even at 2 cm, he wouldn't have hesitated. and If my cervix doesn't change by 38 weeks, he will pop my water and get it over with I love/hate my ob LOL
Lol wow girl and u managed to keep ur sanity! Props to u! I guess baby was just teasing u huh? Like 'hey ma, u ready yet?, bc I am..... so not ready haha gotcha!' Well at least u know what to expect and will be completely ready keep us updated my next appt is wednsday and I've been getting Sharp pains in my cervix so I might be softening up down there so we will see!
@kdaniels Good luck to you!! my next apt is on thursday, Im hoping I get to at least a 3 by then cuz my ob will do something for me by saturday or sunday if I have if not Im pretty sure he said he would help me along at 38 weeks so only basically a week and a half left to go!! my kid is going to be a little hellian I can tell you that much!! esp with how active he has been all pregnancy.... he is going to be one of those always moving babies
Thank u hun and you too! Mine never stops moving either. Even more so when it hears daddy lol then I start getting cervix punches. Ugh. I swear he started something. I hope u progress some more by ur next appt! How are ur contractions? Have they slowed down?are they less painful t least?
Oh I feel your pain it sucks doesnt it! I was getting induced last night, but they said they were to busy, but kept me in! Now again tonight theyve done the same thing! Plus she was 3/5 engaged and now shes free again! I HATE hospitals and if they dont induce me tomorrow im gonna fookib kill someone X(
