Pancake Peanut Butter Cookies!

edited September 2011 in Pregnant
So I really wanted something sweet, and knew I had the ingredients to make some simple peanut butter cookies. I get all the stuff out, start mixing away, and get to the final point of adding the flour..only to discover little bugs in it. :-( I'm saddened but determined to make the cookies even if it means baking them without any flour! Lol. So I go tell Hubby who is convinced we have some more stored away somewhere. He starts pulling out containers, gets two air tight ones that he swears has flour in one of them and pancake mix in the other. Can't tell the difference though. So I picked one at random. Haha, they're in the oven now..and I may end up with pancake peanut butter cookies..but I don't care!

  • Its actually the kind u shove the Hershey kiss on so u may want to flatten a bit before baking :-?
  • Sadly I don't have any eggs either, so was going with an eggless one I found on the net. But here's to hoping it turns out ok. :D
  • Ur recipe without flour can make ur cookies a flat yucky mess! I put a cup less flout in ny chocolate ship cookies on accident one time n they were horrible! Huge disaster! Later I realized I had the wrong dry measuring cup!it was for 2/3 vs one cup! That's what ruined everything! Lol!
  • Try a buckey recipe u don't have to do any baking and if u don't have chocolate roll them in sugar instead! Very tasty!
  • Mandac10 sounds easy n good..lol but do u mix the sugar in with egg and peanut butter?
