I dunno what the hell i did, but the top of my buttbone hurts so bad i can hardly sit down the right way. This happen to anyone. Else?? Btw I'm 35 weeks!
Have you had an injury to it in the past? It could just be pressure but past injuries can flair up from the pressure the baby causes. The only thing I can think of to help is to sit on a heating pad for a bit or take a warm bath, sit on a birthing ball/yoga ball and rotate your hips.
I broke my tail bone when I was 16 and I'm worried about it breaking again. Plus, a womans tail bone can move unlike a mans, so when we give birth our tail bones will flex back. But for those who have injured them like myself the bone might have fused while healing so wont be able to flex like it's supposed to and can re-break.
A way to help is to give birth on your side instead of on your back. Which i will be doing -crosses fingers in hopes that it doesn't re-break-
I haven't fallen at all during pregnancy. I've slipped a few times, maybe i somehow sprained it that way. I'm hoping it heals soon. I'm not sure how much more i can take!
