Breast pump

Ok ladies, I have an electric pump, medalla double pump that is, and was wondering if its wrong for me to give it away or nasty? Someone can just buy the little parts thatgo on the breast and bottles but the pump itself should be ok to give away, no milk goes un it.. Itcomes with extra parts to sttore the milk and in a carrier to take with u to work etc.

Yea i think its fine. I would by the parts that has milk pass through it but its way cheaper then buying a brand new one.. i would totally buy one aswell if it was for a good price

They are all over craigslist and ebay. Mine with my toddler came from ebay, my sister and some of her freinds used it for multiple children each. I took it apart and sterilized it just incase. Unfortunately I'm going to have to get a new pump for this baby

Honestly if someone could get it or help with shipping id give it to the first person. I know money is hard right now so im not asking for any. Just whoever says anything first ya no, I dont want to make anyone mad.

@crazyhmommy I actually have a WIC appointment tomorrow, but i've heard they only give you one if your working, and I'm a stay at home mom.

@Cait_septemberMommy my cousin had one and she's a stay at home mom, Idk how it is in your state though. We have a waiting list for breast pumps at our wic now and I've been paying the lactation center 70$ a month to rent one. It's ridiculous! Maybe they'll be able to give you one tomorrow !

@bentleysmommy yeah, I guess I'll find out tomorrow! I know a medical center near me rents them for 80 dollars a month, that's just too much! How much are you able to pump?

@Cait_SeptemberMommy I take fenugreek so I make a lot of milk so I can freeze it a stockpile it. I make minimum of 3 oz each time, but that's after I feed him then pump. I can pump up to 9oz sometimes. But it's usually 5 oz.

@bentleysmommy dang....the fenugreek makes that much milk? Cause I'm only pumping 6oz a day. Thats two bottles for her...she won't breast feed so I feed her formula in the other bottles. I think I'm gonna have to go get some tomorrow.

Yeah girl, I use to only pump 3oz each time, if I was lucky 5, but the fenugreek has made me like a fountain! @Cait_SeptemberMommy

@bentleysmommy your paying $70 a month to rent a pump?? I got my electric pump at babies r us for $60. It works great. It's evenflo simplygo single electric pump.

I know the one I have also has a double model I believe that one is $80ish. I wanted it but the store was sold out so I got the single. @bentleysmommy
