A heating pad on my lower back? I am starting to have a bit of (I think) back labor but nothing drastic. I am 37+1 and its a warm pack not hot....

Sure its not going to raise your body temp enough to hurt baby but can offer momma relief

It should a little but if they r real labor contractions then it won't and they will just get stronger.
