rates and gender

Ok so i kno this is an old wives tale but was wondering if it rang true for my preglys??? What is ur lo's heartrate and what are u having???? We find out in 2 weeks and it's killing me!!!! We are in the 140s to 150s so hubby thinks girl. I gotta a feelin this is boy # 4for us tho!!! So let's hear it preglys!!! Old wives tale ring true for u???

    Mine have been 155-174 i find out next week. Im hoping for a girl.

    my little ones heartrate has been bertween 140-155 and I'm havin a girl :)

    130 normally, but we can't find a wee-wee and we always see girl parts.

    Holy smokes @blueberrysmom ur little man blows that theory right out of the water huh!!! My boys were always in the 130s or 140s. He is cruising!!! :) must be a active little guy!!!

    @feb2012mommy im guessing girl for u too!!! We find out on the 30th and its taking forever!!! I do remember once u hit that 20-25 week period my pregnancys seem to fly by so crossing my fingers this one does too!!!

    Both my kids were around the same 148-158. I have a girl & a boy.

    This is my first. The first hb at 8 week's was 214. But since then its been 155-174 ill find out next week at 18 weeks.

    During all of my doctors visits it was always 150-160. But when I had to go to l&d and get monitored it was in the 130's. I had a baby girl.

    All pregnancy its been between 150-155 but yesterday it was 140 and I'm having a girl. I can't remember what my sons was.

    Ill be 18 w on saturday. Due feb 18th. My insurance doesn't cover the anatomy scan so my dr is sending me to my delivery hospital for it so he wants it done before my 20week appointment on the 4th so hes giving me a script so i can have it done in the next two weeks.

    @feb2012mommy that's awesome u find out soon!!! Im due on the 19th!! I am asking for a csection with this baby tho so im thinking i will have an earlier date for baby tho! Let me kno what ur having when u find out!!! :)

    My first was n 140's an boy my 2 was 160 gurl an this one is 140 an 160 its different every time but we don't no Wat it is so true for my first 2 but its tricking us this time lol

    What is this old wives tail I always see it but never know what numbers should be for boy or girl. My coworker is pregnant will find out in 4w. She is just set that this isnt an old wives tale and it's for sure rette. I'd tried telling her it's not true for everyone it's more of a coincidence the ppl she knows it was right.

    @BabyLuv8 i have always heard that anything under 140 is a boy and over 140 its a girl but if u look at everyones numbers u can tell it isn't 100% accurate. It can sometimes be an indication but my ob says no way :)

    Both my boys right before 20 weeks were between range of 160 and 145. Yesterday @ my 32 wk apt his hr was in the 120s

    I remember that my son was always in the 150s but, can't remember what my daughters was. This time its in the 120-30s but dunno what I'm having.39 weeks tho so will let u know. My midwife seems to think that girls tend to have a lower heart beat tho?! Conflicting other peoples ideas. Maybe it just depends on how chilled out little one is??! :-)

    My 2 boys hr was always 160s. We having a girl this time and its been 150s.
