Is it safe to encourage labour and how??
Hi I am 39 weeks 2 days and have spd so in lot of pain. I was just wondering if it safe to encourage labour along and what natural safe methods are there? Due to spd walking and sex out for me! I have gym ball but does this work and how? What other tips do you know? Hospital did suggest inducing me but would like try myself naturally first but only if it safe. Thanks in advance! X
