I lost my plug about 3 weeks ago. And have been taking epo for a month. I've been 2cm dilated for 3 weeks now. And I walk 2-3 miles daily, have sex with my husband atleast 4 times a week Lol. Bounce on the ball 30 mins a day. Drink red raspberry leaf tea every day. And I'm still where I've been for awhile. I'm 38 w 4 d. And My doctor wants to strip my membranes on wed. I feel baby will only come when they are ready good luck!
