Yes, its okay in a gentle manner until your 13 weeks pregnant (passed the possible MS stage) then after that you need to adjust your positions for you to be comfortable (ex:a woman being on bottom wouldn't be very good because it puts a lot of pressure on your uterus) but something like side to side, woman on top or from behind is safe. As you get further along your body will tell you what feels comfortable and what doesn't and there will be times where things feel very sensitive so just take it slow. If you experience small amounts of blood after intercourse, its usually normal unless accompanied by cramping, swollen pelvic area and pain in the abdomen. 99% of the time though its very safe and toward the end of labor is actually very healthy for labor.
