This morning I kept awaking to baby cries, and im leaking and my boobs arr sore and hard I can cry. Im not breastfeeding I need help.

Ive been formula feeding. Shes 3 days old. what else can I do? They leak mad I didnt think it hurt.this much!

They say cabbage dries them up lol I know sounds weird but put some cabbage in your bra and see if it works I had some friends do it

Lean over and let them leak don't touch your nipples though just let gravity take care of some of it. Sage tea helps dry milk up but its still going to take a while
