I feel like a bad mom :(

I introduced formula :(
It used to b only for when she was being baby sat ( I'm having troubles pumping enough) but now she gets about 2 bottles a day of formula. When I bf she is at it for over an hour and still hungry afterwards but no milk comes out when she lets off. Im still letting her bf on demand and trying to pump but its not helping. So when sjes still hungry after the boob she gets a few ounces of formula. I wanted t ok strictly bf sooo bad but its just not possible at the moment :'(

    I'm going through the same thing, when I'm at work she has to have some formula cuz I can't seem to stock enough up to get through the day. It sucks, I think I'm gonna try fenugreek to up my supply.

    dont feel bad.. have you tryed the suppliment i funnlgreek.. i know the spelling is wrong.. and there is also the mothers milk tea.. im not sure. the names cause i never needed them.. but i would just try to see if you can get your supply up.. but dont feel bad if your running low.. sometimes it takes a few days for your supply to level out when baby gets a bigger appitite.. also everytime you feed a bottle to the baby its taking from your production.. so.. mabey if your not going to bf.. pump.. if you can just to keep it stimulated to produce that amount.. good luck..

    I do still pump if she gets a bottle but barely get anything. :( and I'm going to get fenugreek soon. Ive heard good things about it. I just hope I dont need to add anymore formula to her diet :(

    I do the same exact thing and I couldn't be happier. My son was just at his checkup and they said he's 100% perfect. I thought he was colic come to find out he was just still hungry. I'm happy knowing he's still getting some breast milk and he's full.

    Ya shes always hungry and just isnt getting enough at times :(

    I work 12 hr shifts. I run out if milk too. Ava gets a couple of bottles if formula a day when my mom has her. I try to strictly bf when I'm off work.

    Ya I try to strictly bf as well I only feed her formula whn shes not satisfied with the milk shes gotten. I think shes goinh through a growth spurt right now as well

    I have to supplement with fomula too. I wish I could pump more too. But I'm breastfeeding & she eats well...I hope. But sometimes afterwards I need to give her an ounce of formula. Just to fill her belly.
