When i took it it was over three hours before it made me throw up, then the next day i took two tbsp and and hour later i had my first bm..

I think? Lol I definetly had some contractions yesterday and back pain with period like cramps last night, and i'm contracting today but nothing timeable, yesterday at my appointment I wasnt even a finger tip dialated, so I can basically for sure say it helped

So here is what happened that night: Lost my plug and had my bloody show. When I was cleaning that up I had some drips of clear fluid running down my legs. Not a gush, but enough that it made a little puddle. I called the hospital and said I was not sure if my water broke or if it was just clear discharge. They said to come in. ("Better safe than sorry" is the most overused phrase ever during pregnancy!!)

They checked my acidity and decided my water hadn't broke, but when I was hooked up to the monitors I was having contractions in a perfect pattern of 3.5 minutes. Having the band wrapped around me really accentuated the contractions, I could feel them more than ever! They watched me for four hours and when I hadn't changed (2+ when I got there and still 2+ dilated four hours later) they sent me home. Yesterday and last night I have had mild contractions, but not stronger than when I was at the hospital so I won't be going back unless my water breaks.

I totally credit the Castor Oil for dilating me 1 cm, and giving me contractions, and losing my plug. If I didn't have an induction date in three days I would definitely do it again. I did have some diarrhea, but not bad.
