So I went to the toilet needing a poo (tmi) sorry. I had loose stools but at the same time it felt as though a gush of waters came out, didn't feel as if I was weeing, it didn't last long, about 5seconds or so, just confusing as I was pooing too lol!

I think with movement like standing then sitting you would still be leaking. Maybe someone else has an opinion. Or even call L&D, they'll ask you questions about it.

I've been in slow labour since wednesday, midwife said I'm 1cm and really soft and been having period like cramps and backache all week, the monitor at lnd said I was having contractions 8mins apart but I'm not really feeling them just the crampyness

Hmmm. Well I would put a pad on and see if that gets wet. Or just go in and be sure.

If babies head pushes down it can block it from letting more water out.

Thanks! Its 4am here lol think ill go refill my hotwater bottle for my bachache and put a pad on and try sleep will update when I awake

@bettymomma when my water broke last week it stopped, but everytime they pushed babies head more water came out... eventually it stopped because it resealed its self
