Group B step is just a test for an infections. They swap your vaginal area that's it. It doesn't hurt or anything. If u r positive they will just give u some antibiotics during labor
The group b has no symptoms and they'll just swab your vagina and rectum areas. It takes 2 seconds and is painless. If you're positive they'll just give you antibiotics, usually penicillin , while in labor. It's not a big deal if you're positive as long as you get the antibiotics. It's not an STD and you can get it from your mom during birth and other ways I'm not sure about but it's common enough it's not something to be "ashamed " of if you are positive.
Weird @mylittleman2011 that seems really early. I go everyweek now but thats only cus I have gd but shes yet to check me or even his position.. @Mrs4c thanks for the info im a ftm so its all new to me.
