having contractions every 5 minutes... plz read

should I try to help them along or no? I was just in my bed sleepimg when a low pain from inside my tummy woke me up nothing too painful its been about an hour they were more sore in the begining before I.started timing them then seemed to dull but I could still feel it sso I counted them & now seems to be getting morr sore should I let it take its course or do.domething to help its 447 am mind you

    How far along are you? I would just rest and if they pick up during they day then try walking and sex.

    @dreamaria im getting a little excited scared they arent very painful so I probly wont be going in anytime soon untill they get consistantly painful but its dull & there!

    i would take it easy...bc you will need your strength...sleep now if you can thru the pain...relax and best wishes!

    @mom2be thanks thats what I thouvht too bad I have to wake uo for work in 10 min :( maybe it will get worse at work & put me in real labor

    Bummer!!! Try to take it easy at work and go home if u need to. I couldnt imagine being at work if I were in any stage of labor.

    thanks guys I had contractions at work & went on a long walk with the kids (i work at a daycare center) now im gonna take a nap & hope they come back stronger...also my belly dropped :)
