Fenugreek pills.

How many should I take each day? I have to go and buy them from Whole Foods later since that's the only place I trust buying vitamins and supplements. I haven't drank the Mother's Milk Tea in a few days after it made me feel sick..I think I may have had too much of it.

But for anyone that's tried the fenugreek pills. Did they really worked for you? How many days do you think it took for your milk to come back at an abundance?

    I used them an I only took 2 pills evry 4hrs but sme say to take more pills more frequently, but taking the 2 pills evry 4hrs helps me. My lactation consultant told me not to take them more than 3 days at a time either an sme say to take them up to 2 weeks. But I took 2 pills evry 4hrs for 2days and my milk was back up. Sorry I'm not much help

    I've seen ladies say take 3, 3 times a day?
    But you'll smell like maple syrup haha

    @reemama I dont mind smelling like maple syrup :) I've read online to take it 2-4 pills, 3 times daily, but i wasnt sure.

    My doc said 3 pills 3 times daily and to take them til they were gone. I've gone thru my small bottle and I'm nearly gone with my huge bottle. My milks been fine no problems, I only take 2 pills in morning and 2 pills at night now.
