I need labor dust!

So im 37.5 wks today and soooo uncomfortable. My cervix is progressing greatly but I dont feel labor coming soon .at least not this wk . As of today im 3 to 4 cm dilated 70% effaced and my girly is low. Been having more cramping then usual and contractions but nothing timeable. I bounce on my ball. I eat pineapple. I walk a little. Sex not too often cuz hubby gets nervous lol. What can I do to speed things up a bit and what are the chances of me going past my dd?
Pleeeease send me some labor dust

I am sorry I am over sue and been stuck at 70% affaced and been doing everything and still nothing but labor dust to you !!!! hopefully ur luck is better than mine !!

U can have some of my labor dust but i have to keep some for myself

lol ... im in a simular situation... 2 1/2cms & 70% effaced... due Sat &been suck in the same spot for 2 weeks... ugh... Oct babies r a mess... get ur hopes up & then do nothing LOL
