Did fenugreek pills work better or mother milk tea? Also how long does it take for it to start working for both?

I'm taking fenugreek and it seems to be helping. Actually its something called lactation blend. Fenugreeek is the main ingredient.

Femugreek. I saw the effects in about 2 days. I just cant drink enough of the tea for it to make a difference.

I got the tea and pills but am not keeping up with the tea I just started today and its just a hassle to make it even though its simple lol. The pills are easier
