My baby is breaking out

Some idiot wiped my babies face with a baby wipe, idk if that's the reason for his breakout but I'm pretty sure it is. How do you treat a babies face for break outs, r do I just let it clear up on it's own

    You just let it clear up on its own. It can take all day or be gone in an hour. And then you'll notice break outs in other spots. Baby acne is normal and might not be from the wipe. Don't try to pop them or treat them you'll just make it worse.
    My son had it bad on his face the other day. They were everywhere but they were gone by the next morning

    @LittleFae they're not pimple like it's more of a rashy type look

    Please dont mind yhe boob. But here is my son and a small break out. It was way worse, everywhere a couple if days ago

    @LittleFae yes it's a bunch of small bumps everywhere... All over the left side of his face a bit over the right and forehead and under his eyebrows

    Yeah, sounds like baby acne. Isaac had it all over his face and forehead, now its just the cheeks, it comes and goes, and can clear up in just a few hours or last all day or a couple of days. Dont put anything on it, trying to treat it can make it worse.
    Not sure if you are breastfeeding or not but if you are some believe its our hormones in our milk. But then formula fed babies get it to.

    My breastfed baby has it all ovr under his mouth an on his cheeks. I never heard it was from bein breastfed. But it wld make since.

    It's just a baby thing that happens Breastfeeding or formula has nothing to do with it. :)
