  • I was asking lol. But someone else said 5 hours @pwchance
  • Oh. Lol @_Kaykes I asked the doctor, ans all say said was 'not long at all'
So idk how long that is. Lol but I got me a first bottle warm. And I love it!
  • There are bottle warmers.. it takes 90secs. Its easier. I ran it under water or put it in hot water and it took too long
  • Here's what the pediatric nurse told me....baby can't taste milk unless its warm, at least room temp. Breast milk can stay up to 4-6 hours room temp, 48 hours in fridge, 6 months in freezer and indefinitely in deep freezer. Its liquid gold! I am breast feeding my 4 week old and i will pump after feeding her than freeze my milk in little 2 oz storage bottles, date it and stockpile. Got 10 bottles so far!
  • Oh yeah..warm milk up in a hot water bath. I just heat up a cup of water in a mug, one minute in microwave then put frozen bottle of milk in it for 5-10 minutes. Its ready!
