For me it was kindof like a stinging sensation starting at my collarbone and going down to my nipps. And at the end I usually only felt it on my left side because it made the most milk
My milk usually while my son starts eating and I think it is a painful sensation as they fill up. When he was first born for the first few weeks they were always filling up even if he wasn't eating but it still hurt.
It is like kindof stingy my boobs r so big that when I bf on one side I have to hold my boob back from suffocating my baby and when my arm lays on the other boob I feel a stinging sensation and kindof numb and then I start leaking it sucks
i just now started to feel the let down on my left side (4w5d pp) but i have strong let down on my right side. to my it feels like a huge muscle cramp starting close to top of my breast then it slowly works its way down to the nipple.
