Thrush?

I noticed that my son would spit up a lil and accidentally swallow it, so the white pieces I see on his tongue I thought were pieces if milk or spit up. I wet a towel and tried wiping his tongue but it's still there. Is this thrush? How do I get rid of it?

Sounds like it if u cnt wipe it off.is it on the roof and sides of his mouth? To get rid of it u hve to go to his dr and get medicine to clear it up.

It's on his tongue. He's asleep so I can't see the roof of his mouth.

I'm pumping. The only pain I have in my boobs are my nipples and when I'm engorged. There are a lot more spots on his tongue then I saw yesterday. His but looks fine but I'll pay close attention to it

@_kaykes are you rubbing your breastmilk on youre nipples and letting it air dry when you get done pumping? My nipples were killing me and that resolved it in a few feedings, sorry, I don't know anything about thrush

Yea if its spreading its thrush . My daughter had jus a spot on her lip few weeks ago an the next morning it was on both lips it was thrush get him meds before his mouth starts to hurt

I barely use the lanolin. He doesn't seem to be in pain but I dont want to wait til he is @amab13

Yes call first think n the mornin they Calld her in a antifungal an it was cleared up by that nite cuz it will def start hurting
