questions about mirena!

So I got mirena About a week ago but then I keep seeing all these posts about how it caused people to be infertile and have a bunch of problems. So my question is do you ladies think the damages is a right away thing or long term? Like if I get it taken out right away would I probably not encounter those problems or is the damage most likely done???

    I googled it just for info (my hubs has no sperm so I'll never need out) you should too I found out a lot of info on it that went both directions

    I had the Mirena for a little over 2 years and didn't have any problems until about my 2 year mark. After that I started having real bad cramps, horrid periods, couldn't sit on some surfaces with pains almost worse than labor, sex was a definite no bc it was so painful and uncomfortable. So I had it taken out and almost immediately my problems went away. And here I am now 36 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. But honestly like everything else it just depends on the person for how it will affect you. Hope this info helps you but doesn't scare you as I'm only speaking from my experience with it.     I had mirena for almost 3years. No problems for me. Got it taken out feb 1st and had a positive preggo test on the 27th. Didnt even take a month to get preggo. Lol
