I have heard that the recovery isn't as bad the second time around. I know everyone and every situation is different buy I was just wondering about your experience! Thank you!
Im 7days pp from my 2nd c section and the experience wasn't as bad and i was ready to jump up outta bed in recovery i felt so good. But i don't remember this burning on the inside. Other than the burning feeling if i stand too long i feel great. Been out and about doing everything.
That's good to hear! My c section is scheduled for 8am so I'm hoping to be mobile by the evening. I just really want to be able to cuddle my three year old also. I don't want her to feel left out!
I had my 2nd yesterday but I couldn't be mobile until today b/c my catherdar-sp just got taken out this morning... but IMO it is way easier this time around... still painful but a lot easier.
I'm scheduled for my second c-section a week from today. I've also heard the second time is better. Mainly b/c the first one is almost always after laboring for hours and being so exhausted going into it, but this time you just to in and gave the baby a few hours later.
@Steph_Due_101611 I had that burning after my c-section too! Isn't it awful?! It's the only part of my recovery that I'm worried about. My OB said if I have it this time to call her b/c there is a medicine they use to subdue the pain. Mine went away after about 2 weeks.
