They put the cervidil in and 4 hours later started the pitocin. Then 8 1/2 hours I got my epidural and broke my water and 4 hours later my son was here.
About 13 hrs after i got rhe epi iy was about 5. I got it real late until i coulndnt take it anymore from there i dialated so fast and i was rdy to push. Then pushed for 40 min.
17 hours later. My water broke wasn't having hard enough contractions to make me dilate so they induced me 13 hours later and then 17 hours after that out came my little prince.
I wad admitted at 7:30 am and she was born at 4:55pm that same day.. and I didn't have any drugs to induce me, I was one of the lucky few who just needed their water broke.
Cervidil 3 nights w 3 days of Pitocin and 3rd day a full 8hrs of folly bulb (medieval torture) to only get dilated 1cm. Delivered C-section 3rd evening at 6:49pm.
7hrs start to finish with pitocin and an epi. Easiest thing I ever did. I've had kidney stones that were more painful than giving birth to my son and he was 6lbs 15oz 20inches and I got a 2nd degree tear. But only pushed 3 times!
