Zoloft withdrawals

I recently stopped taking my Zoloft cold turkey. I know now that I shouldnt have done that, but whats done is done. I decided today to start taking them again, but, as you all know, it takes a while to build up in your system.

As far as withdrawal symptoms, what should I call the doctor for? I am extremely short of breath, and I dont know whether or not I should be worried.

Thanks, @ashleyfew and @kritten_octoberbby. I m not sure who exactly I would call since the only doctor Ive been to in the last year was my obgyn (who doesnt have an after hour help line), and I def dont want to go to the emergency room for something silly.

I quit cold turkey too. Was on it for 6full months but they needed me to restart therapy to get refilled. I was in much better place post divorce and didn't want to chat anymore with my therapist..i really didn't have any withdrawals. But the zoloft kept me from snacking..that's why I wanted refills lol

Call a local pharmacist. They will be able to answer any of your questions about withdrawals. Juat call your local cvs or walgreens.

My ob just put me on zoloft for post partum depression a month ago & its helped a lot but i hope i don't have issues going off of it when the time comes
