Come and go. Get closer and more intense with time. Usually start in lower back and work its way around. Walking, moving around will not help.

I know when got them I couldn't talk it hurt so bad I was yelling and cursing but that's when they got intense

Maybe brandon hicks since its so early. Are they easing up at all when you walk? If not, give your Dr a call. Even tho they aren't close yet, they might want to see you.

@sands3 yahh many ppl told me that but when I get up an walk they hurt yes I do call my doc im getting a check up 2 marrow thankss tho.
