Drinking & breastfeeding, ?, help please

Yesterday was my 21st bday, & I had a few drinks. I am breastfeeding & formula feeding...but I have no breastpump to empty my milk from when I drank. How long does it take for alcohol to clear your system?

    Let's say two hours per drink. It stays un your milk just as ling ss it stays in your blood so if your not drunk or tipsy or anything them your free to breastfeed. Next time try to breastfeed right before you drink that way you last longer and know its out

    @snowwhitej thanks girl! Ah I was beginning to feel soooo guilty for going to have a few drinks. & no I didn't drink enough to get drunk. Just 1 shot & 3 beers

    My bday was a month after i had Lily, but i was given a pump so from the day she was born i started saving up so wen i went out i was good for the whole time i was gone + til it was out of my system. I would definitely suggest gettin one, they can get pricey but totally worth it. Plus after ur done bf u can try pumping and get a little extra and save tht. :)
