sleep aids that may be safe?? help!
So I've known since i was 34 weeks that i will be induced on Nov 1st & since its right around the corner im gettin more and more excited!!! Anyway.. I can barely sleep at night bc of all the excitement and i know that i won't sleep a wink Halloween night and i have to be tithe hospital at 530 am on Nov 1st. I live an hour from the hospital so i will have to get up at like 3 to take a bath and get ready and leave by 430. Anyway I need to know of OTC sleep aid that is safe to take so i can get some much needed rest!! Please help.
