Babies hair

I was wondering when did u ladies start putting something in your babies hair and what did you use? My baby 4wks & I haven't use anything some ppl keep telling me its going to get dry but I didn't want to cause cradle cap. Btw she was born with a head Full of hair!

    In a hair stylist, my daughter had tons of hair at birth. I only shampooed. I'm not sure what else you would put in it. They have baby hair, it shouldn't be dry.

    Eventually you will need to use detaingler, and then work to regular conditioner, but not for awhile :) and no problem. You're welcome.

    i never used anything on my babies hair...i only used kids detangler on my daughters hair when i had to start putting it up but she was prob over 1 year old already lol

    We put a little lotion in it just to keep curls from feizzing

    My baby is African American too.. I use a combo of baby lotion and baby oil gel. The regular baby oil is too running for Me and I make a mess. On special occasions I use a balm stick (looks like a jumbo glue stick) it will keep my babys hair laid down so she cab wear hair bangs pulled back in her hair band.

    i use shea butter....u can c my baby fro in the pic....it does frizz so since shea butter is natural i use that....instead of the stuff thay contains mineral oil....

    She's African American, its still good baby hair right now lol but I kno its going to turn and be thick. Thanks ladies!

    I started using vaseline on my baby hair because it started flaking up thought it was cradle cap but it wasnt.. She was 5 weeks when I started putting it in her head she's 7 weeks now.

    I put baby oil and lotion I'm going to put some extra virgin olive oil I'm it because his scalp started peeling

    I dont put anything in my daughters hair and I barely brush it lol.
