Midwife today

So I have my midwife appointment at 3pm today. I have no idea what to expect as with my 1st pregnancy the hospital took over and set my induction date for the following week. I hope that she makes a decision today as Iv been having cramps, contractions and vag pains since thursday. After having BM 7 times in a 24hr period I have had none since Friday. My hands have been swelling and I've been experiancing pins and needles in my left hand. Iv not slept more than 4hrs since last sunday and Iv cried pretty much all week, feeling extremly depressed but then having crazy highs. I had my colposcopy last week and Iv got to go back once baby born as I have abnormal cells and they cant investigate any further until January because of the pregnancy. To top it off my parents go on holiday for a week on Sat, my sister is away the whole weekend and my back up sitter for my son (his dad) is also away.

I have a feeling the midwife will leave me too it as she has been pretty useless the entire pregnancy. Im just not coping at the minute and my sensitive 4yr old has not left my side all weekend. He cried going to school today and is throwing thee biggest stink about going to his dads tonight (something that happens every week). He asked me to go visit his doctor (from last week when I had him checked for a chest infection) and get him to "make his brother come out now".

Sorry this is so long Im hoping putting this down will relieve some of my anxiety and maybe let me nap.

    I hope you feel better. How far are you? It all has to come to an end. That's the good thing bout being pregnant it can't last forever. Lol.

    Im 38+1. My oh has been great this wkend. He found me in tears and said well this was bound to happen, you have been pretry sane the whole pregnancy, more chilled than normal so a break down was due. Im just ready for it to be over and deal with the newborn stuff now.

    I know how you feel I was so ready to be done by then. Can you get your membranes stripped atleast?

    @samantha they cant do a strip till im 40+5 so have an appointment for 14 nov and again for 18nov. If not gone by then they will set induction date

    Oh that's lame. I'm sorry. Hopefully baby will come before then.
