Can you feel your uterus growing?

I say for sure, this is my sixth baby and I'm 11 weeks and I swear I'm super sensitive I can feel my uterus inside me like a grapefruit or something and its already a few inche above my pubic bone and I think I feel fluttring..maybe its my mind playing tricks on me, but I havr give kurds and I dont ever remember being this sensitive to the pregnancy...

I'm feeling mine stretch, it barely had time to return, I have a6 month old and I'm almost 6 weeks pregnant
