Its my second day and its super heavy, cramps are HORRIBLE, ive taken meds and they arent helping, oh and to top it off im super weak and dizzy. Idk what to do i feel like and cant hold my baby unless im sittting down cuz i get shaky and weak

. Ugggghhh someone suggestions? My mom thinks i should call my doc but idk if its that serious.

Sounds like you need iron. I would call dr

I think so too. I have some from when i delivered cuz i lost a lot of blood after i delivered i got anemic @samantha

I would continue to take them. I had to take them my whole pregnancy and my Dr didn't want me to stop. Are you still taking prenatal? My Dr told me to continue those as well.

@samantha no since im not bf anymore. I felt better a few weeks after so i stopped the iron pills. When i went in for my check i wasnt checked to see if my hemoglobim count was normal or my iron. But im bleeding pretty heavy in 3 hr i filled an overnight pad. And during the day im going through tampons like crazy. I feel its too heavy since im on bc.

Bc usually lightens periods. I would continue the prenatal and iron see if that helps at all. And maybe call Dr as well

@samantha i started the iron again
@adri805 i think i am when i went to change my tampon i passed a huge clot bigger than a quarter but smaller than a silvet dollar
