I scared of the stuff they stick in u, I don't like shots, so I'm getting back on the pill (Lo Ovral-little hormones) I have been taken it for 6yrs no problem but u have to weight out the pros & cons to figure out wats right for u!
Its an iud, its a little plastic thing shaped a bit like the letter T. Its very low hormone, equivalent to taking 2 mini pills (the only oral contraceptive you can take while bf) a week. Its inserted into your cervix and lasts 5 years.
