Cleaning babys gums..

Do any of you mamas wipe off your babys gums after eating or at all during the day? And if so when did you start and what do you use? My son is 3 1/2 months today and I wonder if I should clean his. My first son is 10 and has lots of dental problems and I don't want jace to have to go through it too..

    I just used her rag to brush it off before her teeth came in. When she got to a certain age I scrubbed her tongue with it. She would get a sour breath if I didnt

    I got that baby toothpaste and gum brush.. on the package it says to start at 3 months.
