My mom told me with my 1st that there equalibrium is messed up she told me to turn him upside down for 6 seconds twice I thought she was crazy but I did it and he slept all through the night the next day I had to do it with my 2nd as well
I have my daughter out in the same rooms with me through the day and she naps in her bouncer next to the tv.with the lights on and at night she is in her pack n play next to our bed and its dark and quiet in there. Try to make the day and night very distinctly different
My daughter has a bedtime bath, then bottle then sleeps till 5am. We've done this for a week and its work perfectly. I always wash and change her in the morn so she knows its day time. I always make sure I go out everyday so she gets fresh air even just for a walk round the block. She's 4 weeks now. Had a nocturnal baby for 3 weeks.
