help.... tierd & sick......& breastfeeding with pain.....

So I'm breastfeeding & I'm so sick I dnt know wat I can take. I read web sites but dnt understand. My tooth hurts so much & once again dnt know wat I can take I'm so tierd please lady's help I have sum ivprofin & vicadin Fr a friend that also had a baby she gave me the meds but not sure if it well effect my milk please need advice ASAP the sooner the better ill know wat I can take help

    I know tylenol is ok, in the beginning I was takeing that for pain. Sry not sure about the others.

    I don't know about Vicodin, but it should be fine as its ingredients (acetaminophen and hydrocodone) are good. Ibuprofen (Advil) is also fine. Tylenol is acetaminophen.

    @homebirthadvocate I been taking tylenol extra stranth still so sick hate this I been taken ivprofin for when My teeth hurt this is horrible I just want to take a shot of night quell already so I could get better but I can't ugh then baby keeps crying while feeding he eats but then he gets mad may I'm drying up I haven't pumped today just been letting him eat when ever

    You won't dry up if you're still actively breastfeeding, and acetaminophen and ibuprofen won't dry you up either.
