Nipple help!!!

2 weeks ago I got this white pimple looking thing on my nipple. I read that it was milk under the nipple skin and did all the stuff that I could do to relieve it. Its not working. Its still there and now is giving me this burning sensation. I dont have any duct pain or not swollen its just the burning... Any Any help would be appriciated....

Im not sure if it would help this but I do remember s woman saying she soaked her nipples in a saltwater wash ti help with those. 1/2 a teaspoon of salt in a cup of water, soak for up to 5 mins, wipe off any white residue and repeat after every feed

Make sure your always wearing a dry breast pad... And these things don't go away in a day keep at it making sure your always putting baby on that side first and draining compleatly

@MerandaGarcia Its been 2 weeks now though. He only feeds from one side at a time so I switch back and forth. He drains it completely and I have no pain in the tissue areas at all.

@mom2be I tried that early on but it just bled. And didnt relieve the 'pimple' at all...

I had the same thing and tried the salt water method. It took care of it right away.

Change breast pads every feeding, even if they "feel" dry.

I had the same thing, started changing my pads more frequently and used lanolin for the pain and it got better, took awhile though
