work out ???

When can I start working out I had him natural I'm 2 1/2 wk pp I really wanna get back to my pre preg weight.. I am 140 now I was 156 right before I had him an my pre preg weight is 115.. any ideas what excersises I can do to get my belly.an love handles down

  • I jus started pumping two days ago to see if that would help but I think I am drying up cuz only a lil comes out is there anyway I can make more milk

  • just pump pump pump &your supply should increase even if nothing iscoming out its at leasdt telling your body to produce.. im going to do insanity dvds when my 6 weeks are up im only in my 3rd week pp & jonzing to work out lol
  • Def wait the 6 weeks, I had my baby natural and only a tiny tear and tried working out at 4 weeks and started bleeding again so I would wait the whole 6 weeks
