do babies with diarrhea get hungrier? please help ladies...

My babyh continues to get lose stools one every other day. And then last night had another bowl movement of diarrhea and this afternoon as well. She seems hungrier, don't know if its the diarrhea making her thirsty or if she is going thru a growth spurt. She wants to eat every two hours and increased from 2.5 ounces to 3 ounces of formula. Please help ladies. She is a bit fussy and wants to keep eating like crazy. She is two weeks old.

    Mine went through a growth spurt at two wEeks but Idk about the other ?. It would seem like it would. I would call your doctor. They will give you advice over the phone for free.

    If shes got diarreah then give her whatever she wants because they lose alot of water with it and essential minerals so keep her hydrated and go doctors :)

    Sounds like the increased feeding is s growth spurt. I would call your doc about the diarrhea.
