MUCUS PLUG?????

Hey pregglies I just losted my mucus plug.. I never experienced this with my son so it was pretty awkward.. Very very very sticky.. Anyways I wanted to know ladies that did lose their mucus plug how long afterwards did labor start for you? Btw I have 10 days left until my due date :)

    I lost my plug from 30 wks on up. Its not a good labor sign indicator cuz it can regenerate itself..labor dust to u though :)

    i remember when i lost mine a couple weeks ago, i stood up after i went to the bathroom, pulled my pants up & actually felt it finish "sliding" out of me (sorry tmi) ugh i felt disgusted for hours lol i NEVER want to experience that again.

    Well that sucks I was hoping to go into labor tonight :( thanks for the labor dust though :)

    My mucus plug came out for about three days.
    I was somewhat freaked out because I thought maybe you start to discharge really thick and mildly colored at the end of your pregnancy HAHA the things you assume as a first time pregnant person. I also thought I had a ton of indigestion for a long time and then realized it was me feeling my baby move HAHA
    I had her 2 weeks early and like I said my mucus plug came out for about 3 days before my water broke :)

    @FirstTimer89 it's still coming out everything I go to the bathroom its so sticky that I literally have to pulled it with my fingers to get it all the way out sorry tmi lol hopefully I go into labor soon as all of it's out lol but I doubt I'll have that much luck..

    I lost my mucous plug at 1 in the afternoon on November 18, and slight contractions and then by 9 pm I had my bloody show. After that my contractions got a lot stronger and went to the birthing center by 1 in the morning and had my baby girl at 8:14 am! So who knows, you might just go into labor right after losing your plug =) lots of labor dust to you!

    @xRaex did your water broke after losing ur bloody show or you just went straight into labor? I hope things could turn out that way for me :)

    I went straight into labor, they were the ones to break my water. My whole experience went by pretty fast. I went in at only 1cm and they said if I don't progress in two hours they will send me home, after two hours I was 3 cm, went into the tub because my contractions were so intense and came out the tub 15 mins later cuz I felt like pushing. They checked me and I was 9 cm so it was too late for the pain meds. A few mins later I was pushing my girl out.

    I never lost my plug with my first two either...i thought I lost mine today but from reading ur guys posts I guess I didn't lol. I just had a real tiny piece of mine come out I guess. It wasnt a big glob. More like a tiny string if snot.
