Af after baby, omg!!

My cycle has returned after a year, and omg I think it might kill me...it's really heavy..the cramps are killer and my head is pounding :( was your af bad after baby was born?

    Awww man I'm still waiting on mine I'm 6 wks 3 days pp but that gets me worried good thing I saved a few of my pain pills from baby I absolutely hate cramps!

    I do believe this is the worst ever :( I wish my hubby wasn't working today so I could take a pain pill!!

    I got mine back maybe at 8-10wks PP. I had stopped BF'ing also because I wouldn't eat enough to produce enough milk. I don't believe it was super bad cramps? Maybe a little, but not so bad. Have u gotten back on the BC pill or anything? My cycle always is set when I take BC & my monthly periods always last only 2-3 days not so heavy whenever I'm on BC.

    Yes!!! My first af was rediculously painful :(
